Medusoil of Switzerland – Innovative Binder Materials for Geotechnical, Geoenvironmental & Special Foundation Projects

Medusoil is expanding its presence across the DACH and Benelux regions and is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive growth in highly technical and regulation-driven markets. This mandate includes a dedicated budget for hiring local marketing or contract management colleagues to strengthen our regional footprint.

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market intelligence and mapping, including suppliers in drilling and injection systems as well as competitive benchmarking.
• Engage with customers, key opinion leaders, and local authorities responsible for environmental protection, public works, and tendering processes.
• Support procurement and supply chain pathways to ensure competitiveness and reliability of our binder solutions.
• Lead customer-oriented meetings with agility and a strong focus on delivering value.
• Manage legal and contract frameworks in line with regional requirements.
• Drive local team building, allocating resources and budget for marketing and contract management support.
