Higher capacity and scalable production
The plant can now support dozens of construction projects per year. The production process follows a circular and zero-waste model, designed to reduce emissions and optimise resource use across the entire supply chain.
Its operation strengthens Medusoil’s ability to deliver eco-friendly geotechnical solutions tailored to infrastructure, real estate, and environmental protection projects.
Complementary on-site deployment
The new plant works alongside our CE-certified mobile biocementation facility, integrated in a 10ft container for on-site application. This setup reduces transport, speeds deployment and improves project feasibility on remote or high-impact construction sites.
Scaling across Europe
With both facilities combined, Medusoil expands its footprint across Europe. From 2025, the company plans to enter new international markets, supporting projects requiring soil stabilisation, erosion control and low-carbon material alternatives.
Team efficiency and project delivery
“This achievement highlights the work and vision of our team, who delivered the project on time and below budget. It marks the start of a new phase where growth and sustainability align.”
Vincent Laurençon, Head of Manufacturing, Medusoil
Driving sustainable change in construction
Medusoil continues to develop biocementation technologies to reduce carbon emissions and reshape how infrastructure is built. With expanded capacity, the company aims to accelerate adoption of low-impact construction materials worldwide.
